BOE strictly complies with national laws, regulations and standards governing anti-commercial bribery and anti-corruption, and continuously optimizes its integrity and professionalism system. The Company has established the Professional Ethics Disciplinary Committee, and formulated a series of policies and regulations, including the BOE Code of Professional Conduct Declaration, BOE Supervision Guidelines, Administrative Measures for Economic Responsibility Audit, Administrative Measures for Fraud Investigation, and Blacklist Management System. These documents guide and regulate the business conduct of employees, managers and partners.The Company’s integrity and professionalism system consists of two major segments, targeting internal employees and external partners respectively. The employee-oriented framework covers institutional rules, education, implementation, inspection and supervision, as well as professional discipline mechanisms. For external partners, the system focuses primarily on the integrity assessment framework.
The Company upholds business ethics and regularly conducts integrity training programs for all employees (excluding part-time and contractors) to strengthen integrity management.

The Company attaches great importance to and strictly fulfills its obligations for fair market competition. It complies with relevant laws including the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China. Committed to abiding by laws and regulations in all countries and regions where it operates globally, the Company has formulated internal compliance policies and guidelines, and firmly rejects any acts that restrict or eliminate market competition by improper means.

BOE has established a comprehensive anti-corruption reporting and investigation mechanism, taken multiple measures to keep the reporting channels open, and effectively built a solid line of defense for integrity-driven operations. We adhere to:

· Opening diversified channels for reporting fraud or providing leads, and comprehensively publicizing reporting channels through internal notices, external announcements, and other forms. Audit and Supervision / Discipline Inspection Commission, providing convenient and accessible channels for whistleblowers to report fraud or provide leads;

· Strictly standardizing investigation management processes, imposing strict confidentiality requirements on all personnel involved in investigations, and ensuring the smooth progress of investigation work;

· Implementing classified management of investigation materials, and comprehensively protecting the lawful rights and interests and information security of whistleblowers from both process and institutional levels. The identity of whistleblowers and the content of their reports will be fully protected. Any form of retaliation is strictly prohibited, and violators will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Company's internal regulations.
